Digital delivery
Hedgehog Fabrication currently sells digital products, including downloadable plans, files, software, and license keys. No physical item is shipped for products identified as digital.
Digital products are ordinarily made available electronically after payment is successfully completed. Delivery may be provided by email, an order confirmation or status page, a customer account, a download link, or a license-key system, depending on the product.
Delivery timing
Most digital orders should be available shortly after payment is approved. Delivery may be delayed while payment, fraud-prevention, security, or technical checks are completed. Some license keys or additional keys that require manual review may take up to 2 business days.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address, checking spam or junk folders, retaining your order information, and confirming that your device and software meet the requirements shown on the product page.
Missing or inaccessible delivery
If you do not receive access to your purchase or cannot use the provided delivery method, contact our support team via our Online Contact Form or email support [at] hedgehogfabrication.com. Include your name, order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days during our support hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding holidays.
Future physical products
We do not currently offer physical products. If physical products are added in the future, the shipping methods, charges, estimated delivery times, geographic restrictions, and other shipping terms displayed on the applicable product page or during checkout will apply to those items. This policy will be updated as appropriate before physical products are offered for sale.
