Digital Products
Hedgehog Industries LLC sells digital products, including downloadable plans, files, software, and license keys. Because digital products cannot ordinarily be returned, purchases are generally final and non-refundable after the files, download access, or license key has been delivered.
Situations Eligible for Review
We will review a refund or replacement request when:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- we fail to deliver the purchased product after you notify us and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue;
- the delivered files are corrupted or materially defective and we cannot provide a working replacement after reasonable troubleshooting; or
- a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
A change of mind, purchasing the wrong item, incompatibility with your equipment or software, inability to build a machine, lack of required tools or skills, use with unsupported configurations, or modification of the files or software does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
Request Deadline
Contact us within 14 days after purchase or after you first discover the issue. Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, a description of the problem, and any relevant error messages or screenshots. You may be asked to complete reasonable troubleshooting so we can confirm and correct the issue.
License Keys and Access After a Refund
If a digital purchase is refunded, any associated license key or download access may be disabled. You must stop using the refunded product and delete all copies in your possession or control.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider. Transaction, currency-conversion, or other third-party fees may not be recoverable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
